    • Problem: Without a problem to solve, you don’t have a product/service to offer.
    • Customer: without a CS in mind you can’t think of their problems. Customers and problems are coupled.
    • UVP: A value proposition is a promise of value to be delivered.
    • Solution: Get out of the building. How do we know we’ve solved something?
    • Channels: How doe s whom we wish to reach change with time & scale & customer segment?
    • Unfair advantage: “The only real competitive advantage is that which cannot be copied and cannot be bought.” — Jason Cohen.
